  12. I at one time visited Texas quite a lot. I use to go to Houston in January and wonder why the patio areas were closed in 70 degree F temperatures. In Dallas I visited,I think in Febuary or could have been early March, for a taste of spring before I returned to snow here.Is all that changing?
